Accessing your Student Results:

Your student records are stored in the Student Portal. This includes:

• Your qualification/s
• Enrolled units
• Completed units and grades
• Academic transcript

To get there you will need to click the Student Results tab in the VETlearn Main Menu. 



*IMPORTANT: The password for this area is different from your VET Learn login*

Username: Student ID number (starting with TCV)

Password: Your first initial and surname (the first two letters must be capitalised) - e.g. JSmith 

Navigating your Student Portal:

• In your Dashboard you will see Upcoming classes - unit name, day and time that the next class is on.  Click on See your complete schedule tab, and then on the Schedule tab for your calendar.
• Courses tab shows you the courses you are enrolled in.  Clicking on more will show you all units in your course. Note that unit files won't be uploaded here as they will all be in VET Learn. You can upload your own files here, but clicking on the Upload file button:     But these don't go anywhere else, so don't upload assignments here as your lecturer will not see them!  But you can use this area as a cloud storage for files, eg. if you are part way through an assignment you can upload here, and retrieve later to finish it, and submit to your unit site in VET Learn. 
  
• Messages tab takes you to your messages page.  Lecturers may send messages to students via this portal, or they may email student directly. 
• IMPORTANT:  Personal details tab.  While it is possible for students to update their contact details, address, emergency contact person, etc. here PLEASE DON'T DO IT HERE.  Your details will not be updated in other platforms, or records, where they need to be.  Currently please advise the VET Office of any change of details by emailing:  vet_department@tabor.edu.au

• It is expected that there will soon be an online form that the student can fill out, for change of details, and there will be a link to this in a prominent place.
